Video 677 The average employee in America not last at a company for 3.4 years.
That doesn’t leave much time for a company to get value out of an employee.
For the employee it also doesn’t give them much of an opportunity for stability.
Companies are the ones that need to correct here, and it’s not even a far road to go. Give great comp, great benefits, and give them a path to grow. It’s the least we can do.
