The Ego can Trigger an Array of Emotions - Have Awareness

The ego can sneak in and cause problems in all sorts of different ways. Today threw me off a bit because it didn’t feel like fear. It was more subtle. More like a melancholy feeling. But then I realized it was actually the ego. That it was stuck in an old vibration around an action I was guided to take. It felt a bit like I was giving my freedoms away, and my ego was sad about it. It was very old paradigm, and almost a disempowering energy. It took me a bit to realize exactly what I was feeling, and that it was the ego. But of course, the ego is usually the one that takes us to the lower vibrational energy, but this was a bit harder to see and navigate.

Just be aware of the subtleties of the ego mind and the emotions it can trigger. It’s just about awareness, observation, allowing - but also not getting stuck in it. As my own coach says, the ego can be very sneaky too, so just be aware.

The more you are able to observe yourself, your thoughts, and your emotions and reactions, the more you can learn and understand where they are coming from and why. And the quicker you can release them and move forward. The quicker you can come back to center to the high vibrational energy that is your new normal.

I truly believe that we are being asked at times right now to jump back into an old energy, old pattern, old situation or anything that challenges our old beliefs. But it’s not that we are going backwards. It’s that we need to do it in a new way. No fear, just faith. Trusting in where we are guided. Trusting that the path will open up for us. Trusting that when we stay in our heart, follow our intuition, and move in faith that things will shift and change in amazing and miraculous ways.
