In this investigation, I break down how Zionix Global — a supposed Wyoming-registered fintech company — is nothing more than a rebranded version of Zater Capital, a failed crypto “AI bot” Ponzi scheme dressed up with new graphics, buzzwords, and a famous network marketer as its public face.

Using open-source intelligence (OSINT), my team and I uncovered the full story:

- How a “Crypto Recovery” email targeted victims of the Tetherbot rug pull, promising to “make everyone whole.”
- How the project reused Zater Capital’s compensation plan, renaming “investments” as bot licences and NFT trading assets.
- How the “AI trading” narrative collapsed under scrutiny — no verified trades, no exchange integrations, and no financial licences.
- How the Zoom launch on October 26th 2025 was abruptly cancelled minutes before it began, leaving hundreds of participants in the waiting room.

And how the ZionixGlobal.net domain was taken offline and registrar-locked within 24 hours of the failed launch.

The evidence paints a clear picture of yet another MLM-Ponzi hybrid, using modern crypto language to disguise old-fashioned recruitment and referral structures.

Zionix Global’s claims of “AI profit-sharing” and “quantum-optimised trading” are marketing fiction — unregistered securities under a new name.

- Tiered profit-sharing based on licence level — a direct securities violation
- Referral reward system identical to multi-level marketing
- Pseudo-compliance using boilerplate “Wyoming LLC registration” to appear licensed
- Recycled marketing materials from Zater Capital
- Glossy pitch deck featuring Jenna Zwagil as “visionary crypto trader”
- Team United branding used to funnel Tetherbot victims into a new scheme

👩‍💼 *WHO IS JENNA ZWAGIL?*

Jenna Zwagil is best known as the Co-Founder of HempWorx and the wife of Josh Zwagil, CEO of MyDailyChoice — both long-running multi-level marketing operations.
Promotional materials describe her as a “7-figure income earner” and “#1 network marketer in the world” (as ranked by Business For Home).
In August 2025, a press release announced her as CEO of Zionix Global, claiming “full compliance” and “AI-powered transparency.”
Within two months, the entire operation had collapsed.

Zionix Global targeted people already hurt by previous crypto frauds — a recovery scam disguised as innovation.
When projects use emotional hooks like “helping victims recover” or “building community wealth” while promising instant passive income, they are almost always fronts for new Ponzi schemes.
