Full Body Slow Mobility Series | 40 Minutes

This just shy of 40-minute mobility for the entire body is a no repeats, no cardio experience for muscular engagement and lengthening to improve range of motion and flexibility. If you don't have any fitness equipment, that's ok! No shoes is ideal for these movements to feel the stretching throughout the soles and tops of the feet. You will want a mat for knee support and perhaps a wall or countertop to hold for balance.
