Here are the first steps:
1. Every company should doing all company quarterly meetings with employee appreciation and letting them know the direction.
2. Every manager should be doing weekly team meetings.
3. Showing employees recognition through social media is free for all companies and is simple to setup.
There are so many other easy steps but every company should set these up.
