In this video, I take a look at a Google Chromecast 3rd Generation device thats completely shorted out no power, no lights, nothing!

Ill diagnose the fault, check for board-level shorts, and attempt to repair this streaming device. Can a fully shorted Chromecast be saved, or is it beyond repair?
