Scriptures For Today:
Matt 24:38-42 AMP

38 For just as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, [men] marrying and [women] being given in marriage, until the [very] day when Noah went into the ark,
--
39 And they did not know or understand until the flood came and swept them all away—so will be the coming of the Son of Man. [Gen. 6:5-8; 7:6-24.]
--
40 At that time two men will be in the field; one will be taken and one will be left.
--
41 Two women will be grinding at the hand mill; one will be taken and one will be left.
--
42 Watch therefore [give strict attention, be cautious and active], for you do not know in what kind of a day [whether a near or remote one] your Lord is coming.

The Word of God To Meditate On Today: Matt 24:38-42 (AMP) — “Jesus Is Coming Back Soon"

🔥 INSIGHTS
1. The Coming of Christ Will Be Sudden and Unannounced - Jesus likened His return to the days of Noah — people were eating, drinking, marrying, and conducting business as usual until the flood came suddenly (Matt. 24:38-39).
This reveals that life will appear normal and comfortable when the end breaks forth. The world will be lulled into spiritual slumber, unaware of impending divine judgment.
Just as Noah was ready and entered the ark, only those who live in readiness will be saved. The element of surprise is deliberate — to test the authenticity of our watchfulness (cf. Luke 12:40).
--
2. The Second Coming Will Separate the Prepared from the Unprepared - In verses 40-41, Jesus spoke of two men in the field and two women grinding — one taken, the other left. This imagery exposes a divine selection that transcends proximity or association. People may share the same work, home, or ministry, yet only those walking in obedience and holiness will be “taken” (caught up to meet Him).
The Rapture will reveal hidden realities of the heart that men cannot see
