The Book of Ephesians Chapter 5

Living in Love and Light

In Ephesians 5, Paul exhorts the Ephesians to be imitators of God, living in love and avoiding immorality and greed. He encourages them to live as children of light, producing the fruit of the light which consists of goodness, righteousness, and truth. He gives instructions for wives to submit to their husbands as to the Lord, and for husbands to love their wives as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.
