Week 41 Readings of our 2025 Chronological Bible-in-a-Year Reading Challenge see us finish off the Book of Acts, as Paul finally makes it to the great city of Rome and, while awaiting his trial there before Caesar, writes a collection of letters to his friends and churches in Asia and Macedonia.

In this video, Chad Mansbridge helps us see how these four small epistles came about—Philemon, Colossians, Ephesians and Philippians—and why they share some similarities in style and structure.

As always, keep on the lookout for Paul's use of Old Testament references in both his preaching and penmanship, and observe how strongly he is convinced that the promises of Moses and the Prophets are finding their fulfilment right there in his day, thanks to Jesus!
