PM Cast: Court Drama, Tenant Trouble, and Flood Risks — Just Another Day in Property Management! 💥🏠

Just finished up in court with a notorious family in the area — and surprise, they lost again.
This tenant broke his Lease Agreement early and is furious that he isn’t receiving his security deposit back. But that’s the rule: you break the contract, you break the refund.

After court, I headed out to inspect the property to see how he left it. And what do I find?
💡 Power shut off.
💡 Pump running in the basement trying to keep it from flooding.
💡 Potential water-damage risk because no one thought ahead.

This is what happens when tenants walk out angry instead of responsibly — homeowners are left with preventable problems and avoidable costs.

Then, onto another property where tenants complained about high electricity bills. I checked everything — no leaks, no faults, just North Carolina summer heat driving that power meter wild. Sometimes it’s not the property — it’s the weather.
