Proverbs 11:25 New King James Version
25 The generous soul will be made rich, And he who waters will also be watered himself.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA EVERYBODY!!!
You know guys there's a lot of interesting facets to this passage of scripture on David and Mephibosheth, that I often wonder if we really see. Enduring Word Commentary offers a really unique perspective on this passage of scripture, in that you and I are Mephibosheth, in that we are helpless spiritually because of our sin, and we need the ultimate mercy and compassion of almighty God to rescue us. But on the same token, we are also like David, in that we are called to show God's love and mercy to this lost and dying world. That we are to be the hands and feet of our savior, even to those who despise us and use us.

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me from this morning scripture, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that you listen carefully to what I have to say. But most of all, I pray that you have your eyes opened, to see that we are called to help everyone out there who matters, and that is everyone, and that you are willing to act on it. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends, and learn how to help all the neglected and invisible Mephibosheth’s of this world! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with these questions from this morning's devotional, and I pray that God not only challenges your heart to them, but you act on them.

Who is a Mephibosheth in your life?

How can you lend a hand to that person?

I want to echo something that I stated quite a while back, because I think it still applies now, and I pray that you listen. I pray tonight my friends, that if you see a need in your church, neighborhood, town, city, or state, and yes even in this country, that you seek God's face and how you can make a difference in that area. Maybe it's a ministry that helps people in need like a food pantry, visiting the elderly, providing free medical care to those who need it that can't pay for it, or yes, even a pro-life ministry to young women who find themselves pregnant, and need to know what ALL their options truly are. I pray that we do not turn our backs on these people, out of selfishness, apathy, or yes even frustration because we don't know how we can help them, but that we boldly show them the love of Jesus. I challenge you all tonight, to come before the Lord, and ask Him to show you that one person in your life that needs a helping hand, and lend that hand to today. As John Blasé, this morning's devotional writer states so very well, “Lending a hand is the kind of work you and I can be about each and every day.” Let's not just simply lend a hand but be the hands and feet of Jesus!

UNTIL MONDAY:

HAVE A VERY SWEET EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
