This week on the Classic Metal Show, we're talking about a lot of crazy stuff, from the somber passing of KISS co-founder Ace Frehley and the subsequent flood of requests to Neeley's wild experience at a local bar with a very outspoken older gentleman. Chris also recounts his chaotic week, which included a last-minute, tech-troubled memorial videocast with Billy Morris and a fun night out seeing comedian Jim Florentine, where one clapper made an introduction hilariously awkward. Plus, Chris broke his own rule to see Ice Cube and Scarface and shares his advice for white people at rap shows.

On this episode, we're diving deep into some major classic metal headlines, starting with Kelly Hansen leaving Foreigner after two decades, being replaced by Louis Maldonado, and original singer Lou Gramm giving the new guy his blessing. We also discuss the passing of KISS guitarist Ace Frehley, whose reported net worth of $1 million—despite earning an estimated $50 million in his career—sparked a fascinating conversation about rock star finances, foreclosures, and IRS problems. Finally, the show breaks down the ridiculous ticket prices for the Rush 50th Anniversary tour, with front-row seats retailing for a jaw-dropping $25,810, and we weigh in on the 'two-thirds Rush' lineup continuing without Neil Peart.

Foghat is making a new album! Seriously, why? With only drummer Roger Earl as the sole original member and their last singles charting decades ago (Driving Wheel was 1976), the hosts question the point of releasing new music. They humorously declare that Foghat is now essentially a Foghat tribute band and joke that Bullet Boys are the 80s version of Foghat, having a similarly short run of hits.

This segment tackles three ridiculous situations: the cancellation of a Brewers fan for yelling "Call ICE" at a Dodgers fan, a fake viral story about an Olive Garden waitress that ruined a Texas student's life, and the disturbing rise of entitled "seat squatters" on airplanes. The hosts are particularly outspoken about the absurdity of being doxxed for words and the erosion of the "earn your tip" principle. They also dive into why the fan who was reported to security was actually ejected for public intoxication, making the whole controversy even dumber.
