“How do you induce an allergy in a rat?”

“You take an aluminum adjuvant and inject it into [a rat]. And if it's a peanut protein, that rat will have a lifetime allergy to peanuts. If it is a dairy protein, he'll have a lifetime allergy to dairy . . . Many vaccines contain peanut oil excipients . . . It's not only what's in the shot when you give the injection, it's also what's in the ambient environment at the time! So if there is a Timothy Weed outbreak at the time you get that injection . . . you can have a lifetime allergy to wheat..."
