Listen to the hard lessons learned. Once God has taught you a lesson it is not soon forgotten.

I have asked God, on occasion, to help me learn my lessons quickly. It was more painful that way but I have always felt like I was coming up from behind. Not inferior just lagging behind. I have felt as though I needed to burn the late night oil to get the job done.

Here is something I found many years ago about Searching & Finding God’s Will For My Life & Doing God’s Will To Very Best You Are Able.

There is a dividing line between God’s Will. Can you guess what it maybe? Is what you are considering service to SELF or service to Others.

There definitely benefits to serving Others but the benefits are not the intent of receiving any remuneration. Serving others is the main intent. Intention matters!

It is like engaging your will to take up the mantle of faith that God will take up the slack, where you are weak.

Engage your ‘willpower’ pretty soon Faith takes hold of the little end of a great big God. Hear God’s resounding ‘Yes’ when asking for others.

If I have to ask for myself? I would rather go without than ask for myself.

All for Jesus sake. In the end every seemingly good service for others; is ultimately to please Jesus. Even when ‘Others’ are not appreciative of your service; ultimately we work for Jesus. It is his approval that we seek, not Others.

16 Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good deeds and moral excellence, and [recognize and honor and] glorify your Father who is in heaven.

In the New Earth there will be a completely new matrix.

Finding And Doing God’s Will

First you have to go to God for God’s Plan to be done. Herein lies is a big problem.
-
People want God to sign up for ‘their’ plan. It doesn’t work like that.

God always has a plan, a work around. Here is a step by step plan for finding God’s Will for your life and or for your project. And then do what God calls you to do.

1. The question should be what does God want me to do? Nine-tenths of the difficulties are overcome when our hearts are ready to do the Lord’s will, whatever that may be.

2. Having done this, I dare not leave the result to a “feeling” or the first thing that pops into your mind.

3. The next step is to find, through my regular reading of the Bible, find the Spirit of God in the Bible in connection with what God is asking you to do.

If I look to the Spirit alone without the Word, I lay myself open to great delusions. If the Holy Spirit guides us at all, He will do it according to the Scriptures and never contrary to them.

4. Next I look at the circumstances in front of me. What is happening around me, does God seem to be providing for me. Or what doors are opening for me?

A closed door is a clear indication that an opportunity or that way is closed to us. God may not allow you to go forward.

These often plainly indicate God’s will in connection with His Word and His Spirit.

Making known your requests known and only before God alone.

5. Then ask God in prayer to reveal His plan to you. If God is anything, [we’re like God in this respect] God is a communicator.

Then I proceed accordingly. In trivial matters, and in transactions involving in the most important issues, I have found this method always effective.

We are of those who believe, with God’s help and grace we will overcome the Cabal.
