22:42 after my rant and two copper cups of 114 degree molecular bond angle water, I get on with the fitness testing, starting with a resting heart rate of 57 bpm.. Timer set for 1 minute and 15 seconds.. can I break my previous record?

and look at how I do those high knee steps at 165bpm.. no cheating... 🙂
and if it is not high knees, then criss crosses at 165bpm..
34:35 I recognize while watching the replay that I experience a 2nd wind type of moment, where I pause for a brief moment, but then kick back into gear..
and this is where I feel the oxygen levels from the water are declining, forcing me to breath more.
37:06 in the low intensity period just prior to this, I see that my heart rate starts to climb in trying to recover..
38:06 final two rounds of the HIIT,
39:06 final round of the HIIT, where I push the intensity with strict double unders and my heart rate increases at the end to recover..
