God will give them dominion of the earth, AFTER a second Holocaust, but it will be done in his Holy righteous way, with the King of Kings on the throne. There will be no Noahide, but there will be rule by a "rod of iron"

The Typology of the story of Joseph and his brothers in Genesis 50;15-20 clearly states that God himself uses this rebellious people throughout history to "save many people alive"

Without their rebellion, gentiles, (Rom 11, John 15) would not be "grafted in" to the vine.
Only a remnant will survive the purification process of the tribulation, better known as "Jacob's trouble" This time is for the JEW, and the rest of un repentant humanity.

Remember, God has committed them all to disobedience, that He might have mercy on all.
