Dems Block Bill To Pay Military Personnel, ICE Agents, TSA Workers & Other Essential Employees During Gov’t Shutdown

The left will do anything to portray Trump in a bad light.

The Senate voted 54-45 against advancing Republican legislation to continue paying U.S. troops, Capitol Police and other essential federal employees during the ongoing government shutdown.

Democrat Sens. Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock of Georgia, and John Fetterman of Pennsylvania each voted in favor of the proposal.

Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-S.D.) said the bill would have paid air traffic controllers, TSA agents, park rangers, federal law enforcement, ICE and DPS agents throughout the shutdown.
