A delivery driver has revealed that migrant sex offender Hadush Kebatu — released “by mistake” — waited 90 minutes outside HMP Chelmsford before being told by staff to head to the train station.

🔴 “He told me he had been deported”
🔴 Prison staff allegedly directed him to a public train
🔴 No police escort, no monitoring, total incompetence

He didn’t “escape” - he was practically escorted to freedom by the state. This is beyond negligence.
