Juan advises the format for other States to perhaps conjoin with specifics if they can see the viewpoint legally to get a Class Action Lawsuit that addresses issues that continue to dog good states having to deal with Rhino Governance. He mentions Alaska which is a very good example of an installed Senator Lisa Murkowski who has faced scrutiny over her ethical conduct, campaign finance, and legislative actions
which reflects public and political criticism of her decisions and how they may benefit special interests in Alaska.
Another on the "list" is Hawaii.. but they can't even hold a legitimate election. It goes like this: There is something wrong with the way Hawaiʻi counts its mail-in ballots. The county and state elections offices need to be independently audited. The state’s chief elections officer needs to be disciplined or fired. Nothing less than voter integrity and the credibility of democracy in Hawaiʻi rides on it.
One I know something about is Oregon. The legendary conflict between Portland and Salem the Capitol always comes to mind. The political drama surrounding legislative walkouts and policy clashes frequently unfolds in Salem, where the legislature meets. Republican-led efforts to stall the passage of progressive legislation highlight the frustration felt by the more conservative parts of the state toward Portland's political influence. One Liberal city Portland vs the entire East side and every town between is a fire storm of controversy and takeover. Oregon Republicans have largely opposed ranked-choice voting, another indicator of the partisan split on electoral reforms. This isn't a "partisan split" it is an attempt of the Deep State to control the entire west coast of America!
Then it gets down to the Swing States. Hopelessly split defined by Ideological differences.
