What Makes Us Right With God

A continuation of "Do I Have The Love I Had At First?"

How do we let God's love nourish our hearts?
How do we be on the right side of God?

I'm looking again at John 15 along with Romans 3, and have found the answers to these questions, as I'm on a journey to be filled with God's love, to love others deeply, and to be on the right side of God. This discussion is a deep dive on the three different types of branches (John 15), Jesus' overflowing gladness whilst being the man of great sorrows (Luke 7) and God's nurturing, tender love for us as beloved children (Psalm 103).

When we remember and reflect on how He took our place on the cross and paid a price we could've never paid ourselves, the pits He's pulled us out of and the things of this world He has saved/delivered us from and healed us of- it stirs the love in our hearts we had at first. It nourishes us continually and keeps our faith fixed on His finished work.
