Democrats Using Homeless NGO’s To Funnel Billions To ANTIFA, Investigation reveals
An Investigation has revealed that Democrats are using homeless NGO's to funnel Billions in taxpayer dollars to ANTIFA
A recently released investigative report has put a spotlight on what critics call the "homeless industrial complex," revealing how Democrat policies in Washington State, and other democrat strongholds like California, are channeling billions in taxpayer dollars to nonprofits that are allegedly giving that money to Antifa to help them hide and operate.
The 176-page report - co-created by the conservative Capital Research Center and the Discovery Institute—exposes the connections between groups that say they are helping the homeless.
However these organizations - according to the report - are doubling as political activists working with extreme campaigns like ANTIFA to riot against law enforcement.
The report says the blueprint started with Obama-era policies that pushed "Housing First" approaches—giving people homes without conditions like sobriety or job requirements— and 'Harm Reduction' programs – which gives drug users clean syringes, a place to use drugs 'safely' and distributes Narcan to drug users.
Those ideas kept going under Biden and Harris and blue states across the nation.
The report says this setup lets radicals sneak in by making it legal to camp in public and use drugs without punishment.
The report revealed that over 700 homeless-focused nonprofits received a $2.9 billion in government grants in 2023 alone — money that the report says is diverted from helping the homeless to bankrolling lawsuits, protests, and coalitions with far-left extremists, including Antifa operatives.
In Seattle, where homeless camps have exploded in number, insiders describe a "deeply embedded connection" between social service workers and street militants, with the same faces spotted both approving grants and fighting against police.
Whistleblowers from the homeless sector say daytime grant approvers become nighttime rioters.
One Seattle-based advocate warned: "If it sounds far-fetched, take it from someone inside the homeless sector here—It's the same faction of people who link up and protest... they're often the same people we see working inside Social Services." ***
Another insider added: "The connection between the homeless industrial complex and the tie-in to Antifa, it's there clear as day."
Examples:
Chief Seattle Club Pulled in $13.9 million in government grants (89% of its budget) while filing briefs against anti-camping laws and pushing Biden-Harris homelessness initiatives.
Stop the Sweeps Seattle Labeled "extremist" in the report, this group recruits from Antifa and anti-fascist circles for "direct action" against police sweeps. It glorifies "Abolish the Police" rhetoric, posting images of burning gear, and partners with Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) youth wings.
Solid Ground Washington Received $158,000 in HUD funds despite reporting zero government revenue on tax form. It joined national lawsuits framing enforcement as "racist oppression."
Real Change Homeless Empowerment Project 94% government-funded, this street newspaper pushes anti-capitalist and ANTIFA narratives
LA Community Action Network This Skid Row powerhouse, trains residents to film police as "human rights abuses" while suing over the city’s Safer Cities Initiative. The taxpayer-funded organizing keeps homeless camps going, turning aid into anarchy
Western Regional Advocacy Project An alleged fiscal sponsor for extremists. Its board links to Antifa affiliates via the People’s Defense Initiative, and it glorifies "kill cops" posts while embedding in RTTC coalitions with pro-Hamas voices.

Coalition on Homelessness Pulling $1.1 million each year. This group sues sweeps as "property rights violations," normalizing tent cities. It’s criticized for using public compassion to shield disorder.
National Housing Law Project The NHLP sues to gut anti-squatting laws and pushes a "National Tenants Bill of Rights" that limits evictions.
It frames enforcement as "racial capitalism" and is connected to
DSA’s post-Oct. 7 "resistance" and Antifa
LA Family Housing Hauls in $71.5 million—91% from government grants—They work to kill camping bans and spends more on anti-Trump than homeless. Part of the industrial complex, it’s accused of diverting funds to litigation that perpetuates the very crisis it claims to fight, under Newsom’s watch.
