"Francis McReary anonymously asks Niko to meet him on a pier at the south end of Algonquin. He says that there is a man who is threatening to expose to the press, proof of his acts of corruption, unless he pays him to be quiet. Francis wants Niko to find this blackmailer and retrieve the photos that he has against him."
"When Niko arrives at Playboy's apartment, as he's hesitantly asking Niko to kill Dwayne. Niko says he will think about it. Soon afterwards, Niko receives a call from Dwayne asking him to kill Playboy. Who will Niko kill?"
