Ivory Coast votes with 83-year-old Ouattara's legacy in focus

Ivory Coast is voting in a presidential election on Saturday (October 25) with incumbent and strong favorite Alassane Ouattara, seeking a fourth term. More than eight million people registered to vote. Caroline Malone reports.
