ICE officials discover recruits showing up to train despite criminal backgrounds, failed drug tests
I note that she stated that this is the process for recruits that have no prior law enforcement experience. I wonder if those that have prior experience but have been dumped from agencies for various offenses are being hired with no vetting. I would not be at all surprised if this is the case.
