Superman FAILS to Beat Black Adam! DCU is DEAD and James Gunn is DONE!

The streaming numbers are in for Superman and they look good in a vacuum, but when compared to even the most meager of DC fare, James Gunn's maiden outing for the DCU fails to live up to its predecessors, even one that everyone was willing to brand a flop.

Superman has tracked behind all other superhero films this year on streaming, despite being on a larger platform. Black Adam, Dwayne Johnson's attempt to gain control of DC, absolutely trounced Superman on streaming and coupled with the disaster that was Peacemaker Season 2, one has to wonder how many more chances Gunn will get to make an impact and reverse the course he has been set upon before Warner Bros, or whoever will be calling the shots in the years to come, makes yet another leadership change!
