Sinkhole Sam is one of Kansas most terrifying cryptids. This lake monster terrorized Inman in the 1950s when Albert Neufeld shot at a 15-foot snake-like creature. The cryptozoology mystery remains unsolved. Witnesses described a creature 15 to 40 feet long in Big Sinkhole. Was it a giant gar or something unexplained?
