Subjects Discussed:
- Is not what happens to us, it's how we define what happens to us. The power resides within us, not "out there".
- No matter the drama, god will use each moment to help you grow, heal and awaken.
- We have co-design our journeys with the Divine/Perfection, thus our days are always perfect for us, allowing us to accomplish what we have come here to do.
- We have been programmed to believe in "bad" and "good" days. In reality, God uses each day for our good and growth.
- Once you make peace with your "bad days" you will never have a bad day again.
- If we feel like we are struggling, its because we are not trusting God enough. God offer you such times to help you learn how to trust Him more.
- Everyone in your life has volunteered to be there. Learn to thank them for this.
- Being all One, as we see every person that God sends our way as a gift from God to you, you become a gift to this world.
- You are never upset for the reason you think. Look back at your programming, forgive it, let it go.
- Being all One, if you punish another you poison yourself.
- It's not what others do. If you blame "them" you give your power away to them.
- Breaking generational curses. Learning not to repeat your parents behavior.
- God would not bring something into your experience unless He knew you where ready to deal with it and heal.
- Learn to always do the opposite of what the ego seems to be demanding in every situation.
- When someone is being rude. You want to make a conscious decision to align with Love, and ask Love what to think, say and do. Then think say and do only that.
- How to have more grace with yourself when it comes to expectations. Expectations is of the ego, you will never truly reach the ego's exceptions, because the ego always raises the bat so you never reach it and judge yourself for that.
- Self judgment feeds the ego, not you. learn in those moments to offer yourself mercy and grace. Treat and see yourself as god sees you.
- How do you return to the now? Forgive the past and place the future in God's hands. Return to the now/love and do what love would have you do.
- You are never going to do good enough for the ego.
- Trust that, always being at your highest level of growth you are always do the best you can.
- Your personal growth process is perfect and sacred for you. Think this way of all others and, being all One, you will become more compassionate and kind to yourself.
- If you don't use the ego's tools the ego begin to fade away. Stop sacrificing your time, focus and energy to thoughts that do not support you. Learn to trust in the journey we have all created with God.
- Learn to no longer punish yourself with your own thoughts.
- Always recall, God is in control, all will be ok.
- Grace is not something you have to work for, it is a gift from God to you. Do this same thing for all others.
- Learn to think of yourself like God/Love thinks of you, His child and creation.
- Learn to be at peace by allowing what is to be. In doing so you learn to practice trusting God more and thus experiencing more peace.
- When your body reacts in a fearful manner, don't punish yourself or it, instead learn to give it mercy and grace. Tell your body: "I forgive my body for the way it is reacting."
- The body is a communication device for the soul.
- Analogy of a body healing process during a cold. Becoming grateful for it, not judgmental of it.
- Learning to invite the spiritual realm in to help you as you heal.

Daily Inspiration: October 17. Reevaluating the Idea of “Having a Bad Day” – Condensed Version

A so-called bad day is not the result of what happens to us. It is the result of how we define what happens to us. A “bad day” is not really caused by something outside of us. It is caused by our mind’s reaction to the outer world. If we heal the misperceptions we have about the value of our experiences, the so-called bad days begin to dissolve from our life. Bad days only seem to happen when we forget that God, being Love and All, uses every moment to help raise our consciousness. God only offers us what is valuable for our growth, healing and awakening. When properly perceived, every moment, and thus every day, is a gift from God. When we recognize this, we become a gift to this world and our healed perception becomes a guiding light for others. All that separates us from becoming this guiding light is recognizing that we have co-designed our journeys with the Divine.

Today, let us use our so-called bad days to heal. When we do, we deprogram ourselves and begin to awaken from the ego’s dream...
