We all know Mark Carney is an implant with an agenda. You don't have to look too far to find out exactly what that agenda is and Peter Foster did a great job of capturing it in a 2021 National Post Article. In that article, Foster points out that Carney claims that capitalism has made society **“morally rotten”** and insists it must be restructured through **“rigid controls on personal freedom, industry, and corporate funding.”**

His so-called “Brave New World" will bring **“severely constrained choice, less flying, less meat, more inconvenience and more poverty.”** Carney promises that **“assets will be stranded, used gasoline-powered cars unsaleable, inefficient properties unrentable.”** Through his “Network for Greening the Financial System,” he seeks to control finance itself, the “commanding heights” of the economy to enforce this vision without consent.

The end goal is a technocratic dictatorship resulting in not environmental stewardship but a system of total financial and social control and the quiet replacement of liberty with technocracy.
