How to bake Incredible Mini Apple Cheesecakes

If you are looking for an incredible Dessert for a special Occasion, try this Mini Apple Cheesecake Recipe.

Mini Apple Cheesecakes
Crust Ingredients:
1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice or Cinnamon
4 tbsp Butter, melted

Topping Ingredients:
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Quick Oats
1/3 cup Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Pumpkin Spice or Cinnamon
3 tbsp Butter, melted

Apple Mixture Ingredients:
4 small Granny Smith Apples, peeled & diced
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice or Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
3 tsp Cornstarch
3 tsp Lemon Juice

Cream Cheese Mixture Ingredients:
12 oz Cream Cheese, softened
7 tbsp Sugar
3 tsp Flour
1/4 tsp Pumpkin Spice or Cinnamon
2 tsp Vanilla
1 Egg, room temperature

Caramel Sauce
12 Baking Cups

Preheat Oven 325° F
Line tin with Baking Cups
Combine all Ingredients for the Crust, fill each Cup equally with Mixture. Use the bottom of a Glass and press down the Crumb Mixture.
Bake 5 Minutes, set aside.
Combine all Ingredients for the Topping, refrigerate until needed.
Combine all Ingredients for the Apple Mixture, set aside.
Combine all Ingredients for the Cream Cheese Mixture.
Fill each Baking Cup equally with Cream Cheese Mixture.
Top each with equal amount of Apple Mixture, pushing down lightly.
Sprinkle Topping equally over each Mini Cake.

Bake 30 - 32 Minutes or until set.
Rest Mini Cakes in tin for 40 Minutes.
Refrigerate the Mini Cakes 3 - 4 hours.
Before serving remove the Baking Cups and top with Caramel Sauce.
