John Bolton Requests Court's Permission To Leave The Country

Bolton wants to go to Europe next month for a conference he is scheduled to speak at. He's filed a motion requesting the court's permission to travel there and has submitted under seal a detailed travel plan.

The reason it is under seal is that Bolton is still under threat of harm from Iran.
