Three Killed By Illegal Alien Truck Driver (Released By Biden) Who Had His CDL From California

Posted • October 23, 2025: It was way back in August when our own Warren Squire reported that a commercial truck driver had been arrested for killing three people while making an illegal U-turn on the Florida Turnpike. The driver was an illegal immigrant from India, but he didn't get his commercial driver's license from Florida, but rather from California. The Governor Newsom Press Office account tried to blame President Donald Trump. Jashanpreet Singh, the semi-truck driver suspected of killing three people in a DUI crash on the 10 freeway in Ontario, CA yesterday, is an Indian illegal alien who was caught & released at the CA border by the Biden admin in March 2022. I’m told ICE is placing a detainer request on Singh with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, where he is in custody on suspicion of DUI causing great bodily injury and gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. He has not been formally charged yet. Police say Singh was speeding and under the influence, never hitting his breaks, when he crashed into slow moving traffic on the freeway, causing a devastating and deadly chain reaction crash that killed 3 people. So, he was caught and released at the California border in 2022, and in 2025, he's driving a big rig thanks to Gavin Newsom's DMV. We thought illegals came here to do the jobs Americans won't do, like pick crops and clean toilets. Maybe there is something to these Indian driving schools in California. California obviously doesn't care if they're here illegally. I remember several years back writing a post on how California was bragging that it had issued more than a million driver's licenses. From nosing around on X, illegal alien truck drivers seem to be a scourge. Military aged man from the third world crosses our border illegally, gets released into the country by Joe Biden, somehow gets a license to drive a truck from Gavin Newsom, brings his third world driving habits to the road, and now three Americans are dead. —— Arrest everyone involved with him having a license. Even the person that laminated it. How many of these are we going to have to witness? Can this guy even read English? As reported in August, when the illegal was charged with vehicular manslaughter, more than a million and a half people had signed a Change.org petition requesting a commutation for Harjinder Singh, even though he hadn't even been tried, let alone sentenced. The letter to Gov. Ron DeSantis that accompanied the petition was signed by "Collective Punjabi youth," who ask that DeSantis "consider alternative sentencing options, such as restorative justice measures, counseling, or community service, aligning with both accountability and compassion."

And all the names on the petition were Indian. Who knows how many were from India? Way back in April, our own Just Mindy reported on illegals getting commercial driver's licenses with no name listed on them. We don’t have to live like this. You all know that, right? The tragic stretch of Biden's open border knows no bounds.
