STAY IN THE FIGHT TO GROW AND AVOID THE SHIPWWRECK

12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY DEAR ONES!!!

I know I've said this before but I'm gonna say it again. We are in a battle, and we need to be fully armed and ready to stand against Satan! I know some of you are probably thinking what do you mean battle ready? Read Ephesians 6:12 on and you'll see what I'm talking about! After what I read in this morning's devotions, especially what I read out of this morning scripture, I see why we are in this battle, and why we need to be staying close to Jesus now more than ever. I especially see it with everything going on in this world right now and how there are so many things out there that want to draw us away from God, so we need to be on our guard. We need to put on the full armor of God every day, so we can stand against the devil and all of his machinations.

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me from this morning scripture, as well as other passages of scripture, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray you'll listen. Most of all, I pray that what I share with you will help you see how important it is to stay in the fight, stay close to God, so that you can grow and flourish in him, and not end up in the spiritual shipwreck. So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight I want to leave you with these questions from this morning's devotional, and I pray that you deeply think about them, and you're able to answer them honestly between yourself and God.

How would you describe your relationship with Jesus?

If you’ve drifted from Him, what’s the first move you can make back to Him?

I pray that you really think about not just these questions, but what your relationship is between you and God and how you can make it stronger in Him. That if you are drifting away from, or have strayed from God in some way, I pray that today will be the day where you humble your heart before God, and come back to Him. I also pray that you learn to draw close to God every day, by spending time with Him in prayer, reading His Word for yourself, being around genuine believers in Christ, and not being afraid to boldly live out your faith. As Bill Crowder this morning's devotional writer stated so very well, “Our faith isn't static nor can it exist in a vacuum. We must actively nurture and cultivate our relationship with God to grow strong and healthy in faith and good conscience.” That's my prayer for myself and all of you.
