A national election in the Netherlands on Wednesday (October 29) presents voters with a choice between doubling down on far-right leader Geert Wilders to stop immigration, or turning to his centrist rivals to address housing and security concerns. It's a wider test of whether European populism can expand or has peaked, with nationalist parties also topping polls in Britain, France and Germany. Caroline Malone reports.
