It’s the brain’s core electrical hub linking light, emotion, balance, and movement.
It’s like: your circadian control tower; an antenna translating light and magnetism into brain timing and rhythm.

A fatty, conductive coat that wraps around your nerves, like the rubber insulation around a wire.
It keeps the current ⚡️ fast and clean.
Without it, signals leak, weaken, or fire in the wrong place.

Your body’s electron balance; the charge inside your mitochondria.
You raise redox with:
