How did a group of alleged Mossad agents know the towers were going to collapse and just happened to be set up and recording the event while dancing and celebrating that America was attacked?

They were featured on an IsraeIi talk show and said they were innocent and were just sent there to record the event. So how did they know a terror attack would even happen and why were they celebrating?

They were the only ones arrested that day, but were then released and they fled to IsraeI.
