Warner Bros is Officially For Sale! Who Will Buy What?

Warner Bros Discovery is officially on the market. CEO David Zaslav signaled intent earlier this week and it has so far produced two more offers from David Ellison at Paramount Skydance, both of which have been declined. Zaslav would have a bidding war and appears to be willing to sell of the company as a whole, or in parts.

Apple, Amazon, Netflix and NBCUniversal join Paramount in their pursuit, but in the case of Apple and Netflix, appear only to want specific franchises/IP's and not to be saddled with the traditional cable and network stations.

Paramount remains the most likely buyer, but if WB wants a war, they got it!
