Think it’s all one road that leads to a cage,

But every con writes his sins on a different page.

It ain't a straight line, it's a twisted design,

A study in the breakdown of a human mind.

The Criminal Trajectory… let’s dissect the story.

From juvenile glory to penitentiary purgatory.

First up, meet U F O vapes, just a kid on the block,

Fourteen, full of hate, tickin' like a bomb.

Started small time, taggin' walls, boostin' packs of smokes,

Graduated to car stereos, tellin' street-corner jokes.

He ran with a crew, felt the rush, felt the power,

Thought he was a G, buildin' up his concrete tower.

But it was temporary, a phase, a youthful affliction,

Driven by acceptance, a social addiction.

Then his boy got caught, got ten years for a stick-up,

U F O vapes saw the future, and it made him wanna throw up.

The cold reality hit him like a brick to the face,

This ain't no damn movie, this is time you can't replace.

He dropped the crew, hit the books, got a trade,

Now he’s fixin' pipes, a different kind of spade.

He desisted, faded out, left the life completely,

Just a chapter in his youth, filed away discreetly.

Most common type, the statistical norm,

Just a kid who got lost in the eye of the storm.

Yeah, it's the criminal trajectory, a different design,

Some walk the path for life, some just cross a line.

Is it the block that raised you, the poison in your head?

Or just a wrong turn that you wish you never tread?

Life-Course-Persistent or a short-term phase?

Lost in society's sociological maze.

They wanna label us thugs, but the theory's more specific,

It's a blueprint of the soul, a psycho-terrific hieroglyphic.

Now flip the script, meet a girl they called Alane,

Her story starts with trauma, bathed in acid rain.

Toddler tantrums turned to lightin' fires for fun,

Antisocial personality since day one.

Born with a short fuse, a psychological defect,

In a home full of violence and parental neglect.

Saw violence in the cradle, father's fist was his guide,

Antisocial personality, with nowhere to hide.

She graduated from fists to a switchblade's gleam,

Livin' out a sociopath's nihilistic dream.

Substance abuse was the fuel, the rage was the engine,

Her entire existence was a violent intention.

She never grew out of it, the path was a straight track,

From jail to penitentiary, to a cell in the back.

She's a lifer, a predator, the system can't fix her,

Her trajectory's permanent, a soul that's the victim…

Or the villain? It’s a blur, the lines are all smeared,

A life-course-persistent offender, exactly as they feared.
