Physician Assistant Caught Huffing After Crashing Into Cars

Officers in Westlake, Ohio responded after multiple 911 callers reported a driver crashing into parked cars and fleeing the scene.
According to police, 42-year-old Jarrod Eastep was found hiding at his home after huffing nitrous oxide, also known as laughing gas.
Witnesses said he dumped the canister and several empty beer cans before nearly striking a child less than a mile away.
Body-worn camera video shows the moment officers confronted him and heard his unbelievable explanation.
