Putin says Russia still wants US dialogue despite stalled talks

Russian president Vladimir Putin said on Thursday (October 23)  that the summit and venue - Budapest - had been proposed by U.S. President Donald Trump. He also added that Russia supports 'continued dialogue' with the US.
