This is 68 year-old judge James Gosnell Junior, who is a South Carolina magistrate judge not only that he is the judge that provided over the bond hearing for Dylann Roof who is the South Carolina church shooter the one who went and shot an all black church he's been in trouble in the past for using the N-word, and then, claiming that the South Carolina shooters, family were victims, even more than the victims of those who were shot in that church now that being said judges, here was not only just suspended from the bench but also arrested.
