2. Per BAC Schedule, Review budgets of:
a. Highway Dept. Cemeteries, Conservation Commission
a.i. Highway: lines 249-275, 4312 acct #'s
a.ii. Cemetery: lines 173-180, 4195 acct #'s
a.iii. Conservation Commission: lines 351-359, 4611 acct #'s

3. Review to-do list from last meeting (on Sept 24,'25)
a. Peter ask Ed Holtz re windows 11 upgrade. Let Carole know.
b. Clerk to notify cost of state tabulators (for special voting)
c. Clerk to buy point-of-sale device for CC payments at window, and to notify BAC of
contract time limitations re POS for CC
d. Taxcoll will advise % of tax receipts are mortgage payments
e. BOS still working on propane quotes. Muni tank Temples
f. Cap on chimney town hall, can do now.
g. Darnell: info why County costs skyrocketed 62% increase since '21; SchoolCare
ins. Can it raise rates during contracted year?
h. Clerk to confirm contract obligation regarding POS for CC at window.
