Roasted Spaghetti Squash is an easy but so scrumptious Side Dish.

Roasted Spaghetti Squash
Ingredients:
1 Spaghetti Squash
Oil
Salt (to your liking)
Pepper (to your liking)
Dried Basil (to your liking)
3-4 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tbsp Parsley, chopped

Preheat Oven 400°F
Line Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper, coat lightly with Oil.
Cut Spaghetti Squash lengthwise in half.
Remove Seeds.
Brush the inside of each Squash half with Oil.
Sprinkle both with Salt, Pepper & Basil.
Place cut side down on Baking Sheet.
Roast for 40-45 Minutes, or until soft.
Flip the Squash over and use a Fork to scrape & fluff the Strands of Spaghetti Squash.
Incorporate Parmesan Cheese and sprinkle with Parsley.
