Today I’m sharing with you my recipe for Gözleme and Lahmacun — both made from just 1 kilo of dough 🌯

🌯 For the meat filling:

300 g ground beef

2 large onions

1 red bell pepper

1 pack tomato sauce (500 g)

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 tbsp pepper paste

1 handful of parsley

1 small glass of oil

1½ tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

🥬 For the spinach filling:

500 g spinach

100 g white cheese (like feta)

Salt, black pepper, paprika, chili flakes

½ small glass of oil

🌯 For the dough:

1 kg flour

2 tsp salt

About 2½ cups water

1 tsp dry yeast

2 tbsp oil

🌯 How to make it:

1. Prepare the meat filling:
Place the ground beef in a bowl.
Blend the onions, red pepper, and parsley in a food processor and add them to the meat.
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, pepper paste, oil, and spices, then mix everything well.

2. Prepare the dough:
Combine flour, water, salt, yeast, and oil, and knead until smooth.
Let it rest for 30 minutes.

3. Shape and cook:
Divide the dough into small balls — I got 18 pieces.
Roll out each one, spread 1–2 tablespoons of the meat filling on top, and cook.

4. Make the spinach filling:
Wash and chop the spinach.
Mix it with onions, oil, spices, and cheese.
Roll out the dough, add some spinach filling, fold it in half like a half-moon, and cook.
After cooking, brush one side with butter.

I cooked mine in a multigrill, but you can also bake them in the oven at 250°C (about 480°F) for 5 minutes.
