Action Radio 10/24/25, Citizen Grand Juries - Citizen Constitutional Juries.

These are the two revelations from the latest bill from Action Radio, released this week. Here is the link:

What makes these two concepts so unique is that they actually do what our founding documents talked about doing, keeping power with "We the People of the United States." That's also the first sentence in the Constitution. The federal government, and the states and local governments too, but mostly the federal government, needs a check on their power outside the government itself. Because even though the Constitution provides for a separation of the three branches of government, with three separate Articles in the Constitution, all branches of government invariably reinforce federal power as exercised, and find workarounds or "interpretations" to justify the obvious violations of federal law or the Constitution by their fellow branches, or departments or agencies of government.

To combat the abuse of power in government we have created citizen grand juries and citizen constitutional juries, with the power to do something to fix these abuses. Chances are with revision their power will be even stronger over the government that acts like it is the only check on its power, which is no check at all, rather than those of us not in government.
