* One meeting with Rutte and Trump changed his opinion completely, he is introducing new sanctions against Russian oil export corporations. It remains to be seen what effect these sanctions will have, but one thing is for sure - the Peace Summit in Budapest is not going to happen any time soon.

* In Ukraine, a critical heating situation is occurring in Kyiv as well as in other major cities due to gas deficit in the system after Russian strikes. During the night, the sides exchanged drone strikes - Ukrainians hit a refinery in Ryazan while Russians hit 2 Thermal Power Plants and one HPP in Kamianske with Gerans.

* The situation on the frontlines is deteriorating further, especially in the Kupyansk and Lyman sectors. According to credible reports, Ukrainians began total evacuation from Myrnohrad and partial evacuation from Pokrovsk. Russians now control around 70% of Rodinske and the city is about to fall soon.

* The breakthrough north of Ivanovka was unexpected, a new pocket surrounded from 3 sides is forming around Novopavlivka. Russian forces began an operation to cross the Dnieper, so far in limited numbers, but the operation is ongoing.
