Have you ever wondered why an innocent man would willingly walk a path of such brutal injustice, or why God would allow His own Son to endure such horrific treatment? In Luke 22 and 23, we witness the excruciating journey of Jesus from arrest to crucifixion—a road paved with every form of human evil and rejection, yet walked with divine purpose.

Through six devastating scenes, Pastor Rick shows the vile, ungodly responses of those Jesus encounters. Yet in the midst of this darkness, God orchestrates a beautiful picture of redemption: Simon of Cyrene, compelled to carry Jesus' cross, becomes so transformed by this encounter that his sons are later known figures in the early church. This brutal road reveals the depths of human sin and the greater depths of divine love—Jesus endured every form of rejection, violence, and injustice not because He deserved it, but because you and I did, and He willingly took our place so that we might be elevated from condemned criminals to beloved children of God.
