Charlie Kirk Assassination Recreation Ballistics Dummy Test

Recreation of the Charlie Kirk assassination with a ballistics dummy and several other ballistics tests with a .30-06 at 150 yards to recreate the ballistics of the Charlie Kirk assassination by Tyler Robinson. All shots taken with a .30-06 Savage Axis bolt action rifle. The original gun used by Tyler Robinson, a Mauser M98, was likely a GI bring back from WW1 or WW2 that was re barreled to shot a .30-06 instead of 8mm Mauser. Shots were taken at 150 yards (13 more than the original shot) due to the rules of the gun club. Of course this would make the bullet slightly slower, but not much. In fact a .30-06 is going at 2,700 FPS when it exits the barrel, and at 150 yards only loses 200-250 FPS. So 13 yards doesn't make much difference! This is a 30-06 or 30.06 ballistic dummy test at 150 yards. Some people think the 30-06 ballistic dummy test should be at 200 yards, but the actual shot was taken at 137 yards.
