Going for a walk and walking for exercise isn’t the same thing in my mind.
It was great this morning with the sunrise and with it being 32 degrees because I do not need to worry about snakes.
I will need to give my body a few days. I jumped in an while I feel great my knee is letting my know that 8 miles for the week is probably a good start. I’ll pick up the next walk on Sunday.
I don’t need to over extend. This is how ppl get hurt or give up because the body cannot recover quick enough.
You are only as strong or healthy as you’re able to recover.
