In episode 96, I did a nine minute warm up where for the last 1 minute and 30 seconds of that warmup I thought to do an all out blitz, and I hit a near all time high again, which was 213 bpm for a max heart rate.

After a good night of rest and recovery, I am motivated to try and do it again.
23:47 is where the 9 minute workout begins, which is what I call a warmup. Going to try another last minute and a half of high intensity and let's see what happens.. Listen to my breathing at the end of the blitz...

37:30 after hitting a heart rate over 200, it feels like nothing happened... and now instructions for leg day..
59:59 that is it for today, target was to get the workout done within or around 1/2 an hour.. and debrief of heart rate results...
